5420 kits are inline splices designed fo ruse on 25 kV CN or JCN cables. The continuous current rating of each splice is equal to the current rating of the cable it is sized to accommodate. Exceeds requirements of IEEE Standard 404 for cable joints. Jacketing kit is needed for JCN cable. Each kit makes one splice. Attached CI-1 Connector.
